Course Refund Policy

In the case of a course cancellation by Trinity Training Complex, Admin will notify the participants as soon as possible. In this specific case the course cost will be refunded in full to the student.


If for whatever reason the student can’t attend a course they have paid for and the course is still running as scheduled, a refund will not be issued. The student will have the opportunity to apply the cost of the course towards another course within 12 months from the scheduled date of the class. Once a 12 month period has passed the money will not be applicable towards another course.

Product Refund Policy

A product will only be refunded if it is still in its original package as sold by Trinity Training Complex. Additionally, a receipt must accompany the product. A refund will only be issued if both the receipt and product in original packaging are present, and the employee processing refund request is satisfied with receipt and product presented.
